The BBQ facilities may be used between 7.30am and 9.00pm every day. Lit barbeques must be under the direct control of a responsible adult at all times. A full set of cooking rules can be found within the guests’ compendium and onsite.

The Cantina is open 10am – 10pm and is frequently replenished for your convenience. Strictly 18 years and above only to use the vending machines

Check in at 2pm, check out at 10am. You will receive your unique, contactless check in and check out details via email after booking your stay at The Isla.

Any commercial or promotional material captured onsite must have prior written approval from hotel management. Hotel management has the right to cancel accommodation and require the immediate termination of any activity taking place in violation of this rule. Unauthorised imagery or video must not be published on any media platform and must be immediately removed upon request from hotel management. The health, safety and happiness of our guests and colleagues is our top priority. We have a COVID-19 Safety Plan and are committed to keeping you safe. This situation is fluid and we continue to monitor advice and information locally and nationally. We follow NSW health guidelines and we have introduced additional precautionary measures for your comfort and peace of mind. These include extensive cleaning and sanitising measures and social distancing in all areas of the hotel. We ask all guests to follow good hygiene as recommended by NSW Health including hand and respiratory best practice. It is the responsibility of all guests to stay up to date on NSW Health orders before travelling and confirm on our pre-arrival declaration you are eligible to travel regionally. All guests will be required to check in with the NSW Service app and denied entry if they do not meet NSW Health entry criteria for our hotel.

If you are traveling with an electric vehicle, you can charge your car via our 22 A Chargefox charger. Look for the lightning bolt logo in our car park.

BYO Type 2 Cable. If you don’t have a cable one can be loaned from The Isla (security deposit required). Please advise us before check in.

The Isla can be booked out for private functions and groups, accommodating maximum 40 people. If you are interested in hosting a function or event at the Isla, or wish to discuss opportunities, please contact us at reservations@theisla.com.au

What a perfect gift! Gift vouchers from $100 may be purchased for that someone special to curate their own stay at the Isla Hotel. Vouchers can be purchased online.

Free cancellation is available up to 7 days prior to your stay, with 50% of your booking charged if cancelled within 7 days of your stay. Bookings must be cancelled at a minimum 48 hours prior to your reservation. Any cancellations within this period will incur full payment, charged to the credit card used to secure your booking. For full terms and conditions, please refer to your booking confirmation email.

Upon check in, guests will receive access to their online compendium aka personal encyclopaedia for the hotel. If before then you have any specific questions or requests, please get in touch with the team at reservations@theisla.com.au

Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult to check-in and stay at The Isla. Children must be accompanied by an adult in the pool, pool house and cantina at all times.

Complimentary car parking is available in classic motel fashion; out the front of the Hotel. The Isla takes no responsibility for damage or loss of your vehicle while parked at the Hotel.

The Isla maintains strict occupancy rules at all times. These rules explicitly prohibit group gatherings and parties in suites during your stay. Failure to comply may result in financial penalty. This policy is in place to protect the comfort, security and safety of hotel guests and to protect The Isla Hotel property.

We have one dog friendly King Courtyard room, available by request only. Guests must contact The Isla directly to confirm availability prior to booking.

Pets must remain with their owner at all times and must not be left unattended in the room.

Pets are not permitted in any common areas under any circumstances, including the pool, pool house, and cantina.

Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pet. Additional cleaning fees may apply at The Isla’s discretion if required.

This offer is limited to small, well behaved, short haired (non shedding) dog breeds only.

No other pets are permitted unless by direct request and prior approval from management.

A pet cleaning fee per stay applies:

$100 for non shedding breeds

$150 for medium to heavy shedding breeds

$150 for two pets

The pool is open 7am – 10pm. Children under the age of 18 years must be accompanied by an adult. Please consider other guests and keep noise to a minimum. The fireplace may be lit during low fire danger days between March and November. Please ensure you follow the instructions provided in the pool house to light, maintain and put out the fire

Our seamless online, contactless service means we do not have an onsite reception. Guests should have everything they need, when they need it. Though should you require further assistance, our offsite manager can be contacted on 0447 662 105.

Each of our online room descriptions specifies the maximum number of guests at any one time. A rollaway is available upon request in the King Courtyard rooms or Grande Suite for an additional fee. Please contact our reservations team if you require assistance.

The Isla is strictly a non-smoking Hotel. Should You, or persons associated with Your booking, smoke in the Premises, we must charge a $250 AUD smoking fee to your card, plus taxes.
